As above, this is a ‘send-in’ service for replacing your iPhone battery.

This service allows you to post your device to us, and we will repair it and post it back to you, no hassle. We understand that many people rely on their devices, and it becomes very difficult to get your device repaired when you work strange shifts, or simply don’t have the time to get it to a shop. Once your order is placed, we will contact you with our shipping address, and we aim to have your device fixed and posted back to you within 48 hours, and will keep you updated with the process.

Every battery replacement we perform comes with a free glass screen protector to help ensure the longevity of your device.

At Nine Lives Repairs we offer a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we cannot fix your device we will return it and refund you in full.

If other issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Please Note:

iPhone 11 Models and upwards may display a battery replacement notification in the settings section of your device. This is normal and will go away after a week to a fortnight from the date of repair. The only way to avoid this is to have your battery replacement completed by Apple directly. 

All of our battery repairs come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty does not cover the screen if the item has been dropped and damaged, water damaged or opened by another 3rd party repair. It only covers battery issues with the replacement such as not holding charge, or powering on and off.
